I’m very disappointed in the service this companies employees have provided. I’m an adjuster with Fidelity a leader in automotive warranty service. We had a inspector come to one of our huge WV dealers and was totally in appropriate. His name was Jay something. Tried to tell techs at said dealership they was wrong, looked bad and made us look like idiots for sending them out to help us. Called over and over for the owner of Centro to call back and nothing.
