Waited months to hear back from a referral, the referring doctor sent a letter back to this clinic, and they didn’t even let me know until I followed up myself, what do these doctors even do?
I would give negative stars if I could. Front office staff very unfriendly and lazy. Now about Dr. Lee, I need a family doctor asap as my old one retired and he was the only one I could find. My first physical and it took Dr. Lee 25 minutes to perform the PAP test. Then he advised me to double up on one of my blood pressure pills which I did when I got home, just to get a call saying it is the incorrect one to double up on the second one. Called to see one of the doctors as I moved to Vaughan recently and am looking for a family doctor. Called the clinic and was told they are not accepting new patients. When I told the receptionist that the voicemail and clinic front has it written that they are she said and I quote “well now we are not.” I understand they maybe a busy clinic however there is a polite way of saying that since it literally says on the clinic from that they are accepting and their voicemail. I've been a patient at Centro Clinic since 2017, and the care has been outstanding. Mohammed, the clinic manager has always been incredibly helpful whenever issues came up.
