I originally had a membership at this gym and was trying to help my friend get a membership as well. From the moment we asked about signing my friend up, the front desk worker, Alejandro, was very passive-aggressive and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. I offered to pay for my friend’s membership, but Alejandro looked at my friend, pointed at him, and said in a rude, passive-aggressive tone, “This is your membership, so I need you to handle this.” The entire interaction felt unnecessary, awkward, and unprofessional.... read more
