Had to pay over 1k for a teeth cleaning and removal of one cavity this is worst than what the people of Nanking had to go through
Three years ago I had a gold dental crown made by the dentists. The dentists were kind. The receptionist was friendly. The crown fits well. I am happy with their services. All the hygienists took such a good care for my teeth. I am always looking forward to my next teeth cleaning appointment. Today, Jan.4th, 2020. I had a teeth cleaning by the hygienist, Cherry Ng. I phoned to see if I could get an appointment as a new patient but the receptionist said that I needed a referral. So they allow new patients if you have a referral but they won't accept new random patients? THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! RED FLAG!!!
They don't accept new patients, they said that they only accept new patients if their current patient refers you. Kinda nonsense.
Great staff. Very good Dentist. Dr. Danielle Woo is very knowledgeable and caring. Transferred to her after Dr.Allan Woo retired. From the dental assistants, Beverly and MaryJo to their dental hygienists are very good with their patients. I had been going to their clinic since the early 2000’s and have never had a bad experience. Their office uses the latest technology, too. The number of loyal patients will attest to that.
