Ive lived in Centro for just over a week now. And i gotta say; its amazing. The location is convenient. We have alot of good restaurants/bars/nutrition clubs within a short walk, a new baseball stadium within 2 blocks, and WalMart/Target and more shopping areas within a 5-7 minutes drive. It’s wonderful living in a new building with kind neighbors. Maintenance always responds quickly and with kindness. The community events are fun!
We absolutely love it here! Recently retired and downsized and we love the YMCA and bakery on property! Awesome walkability to restaurants and events in town. Very exciting to see Wilson growing and getting to experience the excitement! Parking is not an issue as there is a large parking garage on property. I’ve lived here about 6 months now and honestly, I’ve had a great experience. The staff has been awesome always friendly and helpful when I need something. I also really like what the City of Wilson is doing right outside the complex. It’s nice seeing the growth and activity right at your doorstep. The units are fairly soundproof too. I don’t really hear my neighbors and have had zero issues on that end. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live.
I had a great tour with Santana who showed me a couple of different floor plans and all of the amenities at Centro! This property has a fantastic location in downtown Wilson and the apartments we toured had beautiful views. I decided not to move to the area, but wanted to shout out Santana for a great first impression of the property and staff.
