I had an excellent experience with Centro at Pine Nash Apartments. Initially, I was struggling with the application process and was worried because I urgently needed accommodation. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Centro at Pine Nash Apartments was extremely disappointing. The apartment community itself looks beautiful, and the Leasing Manager was accommodating, courteous, and professional whenever we communicated. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was not the staff, it was the extremely slow application approval process. 10+ service calls for AC … temporary fixes (2-3 days) & apartment back in the 80’s Thin walls (live on 5th floor if you can.. upstairs neighbors will sound like elephants running) It’s decent High security is best attribute Dog Wash & gym are nice You will be parking in a parking garage so that can be interesting Really nice for area but meh if compared to bigger cities You will have maintenance issues (I had hot water issues & AC issues) Pool area nice but loud music (offensive if you’re sensitive to profanity). Overpriced, high fees that weren’t disclosed at leasing. Construction is poor and the Staff is unresponsive to maintenance requests. Took weeks to get a seemingly minor issue resolved with flooding. They’ve yet to resolve a window issue that was reported at move in. “Luxury” amenities such as valet trash that isn’t picked up for days at a time and package services that result in lost packages.
