I haven’t signed my lease yet, but my apartment tour went well overall. One thing that was frustrating from the beginning was communication, it was extremely difficult to get someone from the leasing office to answer calls or emails, and responses sometimes took up to 4 days. If I ever have a bad experience I will update this review. Positive experience and no complaints. It’s a relatively new construction and you can tell as everything is clean and modern! Love the trash chute system and parking availability. Quick maintenance, our dryer stopped working efficiently a few months ago and they had someone out to fix it within the same week. I applaud their decorum and their willingness to listen and mitigate. - - - My critiques of Centro since our move-in (2023): Restricted breeds bypass the lease restriction because they are deemed ESA animals.
