Lived here for 2 years and honestly had a top tier experience all around, I only moved out due to pricing. Very nice & new amenities, great location, and the building is very taken care of and it’s clear the folks who work here care. Big kudos to Percy and Juan from the maintenance team, they’re awesome!!! And Austin and Caleb from mgmt are just as helpful. Would recommend Centro!
I had an amazing experience at Centro Arlington Apartments. Caleb showed me the apartment and amenities when I was first looking around. Caleb was completely informed and helpful in answering all of my questions. The amenities were amazing to include the workout center, swimming pool, and rooftop grilling area. The commute to the Pentagon, where I worked, was only about a 20-30 minute bus ride. It was only about a 15- to 30-minute drive to excellent dining and other entertainment. I had such a great experience thanks to Tre at Centro! He was extremely nice, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s not every day you meet someone who treats you with that much patience and kindness. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend asking for him if you visit.
