Horrible unloading experience. No one answers the phones. Had me waiting for 2 hours with no restroom to get 8 racks unloaded at dock 25. Hope I never go there again.

Check in by door 1. Check in by CB right inside the shipping reciving office. CB Lady was nice and easy. Had 13 skids took me right away - 30 min done
I didn’t have to back in there like some people describe. I drove in and had to do basically an alley dock, it’s pretty tight backing. The lady on the CB you have to use is rude ish. It could just be how she comes across over the radio speaking. There’s very little signage to direct a driver anywhere. The person who brought out my paperwork was polite and pleasant enough. They loaded me in a timely manner. I’ve been in more difficult places to load and unload but this is definitely up there with one of the worst. Hope this h... read more
