They do not produce anything just resell over-priced outdated old junk that is out of date for use and rip you off, and the owner Joe is unprofessional and rude. Beware
I bought 2 months ago and got a problem with the package. I used to buy from these guys a lot, until one of my packages got stopped by customs. They returned the package to ParallelMiner, so I contacted them back to get the products sent again or get a refund. I got contacted by the team. I bought a 1200W psu and breakout board kit. Ordered it Sunday and received to Canada by Friday. Worked great, quieter than I expected. Cables high quality. The 6pin to molex cables were not exactly as the photo and are not able to power my risers. Trying to contact them for a solution.
I ordered a psu from parallel miner because almost every youtube miner is throwing their name out there when it comes to power supplies. unfortunately I received a faulty unit and I have been trying to get in contact with them to start a refund process and I haven't been able to talk to anyone, nobody picks up the phone no email replies. apparently I only have 7 days to start a refund process its been 4 days since I received the bad unit so im basically out of time and having to source the power supply from a different vendo... read more
