This office makes a lot of mistakes Centrio sent my blood requisition to Lifelabs without the requisition attached so I waited in a long lineup at Lifelabs, only to be told Centrio made yet another mistake. I called and emailed for weeks with no response. 6 months later they called me for an appointment reminder so I finally got to talk to them. They give one email reminder 6 months before your appointment but refuse to email you to details closer to the appointment date. They call you but will not give you any written confi... read more
Dr Mak helped my son overcome his peanut and walnut allergies through desensitization treatment. He went from needing epi pens around at all times, to eating a handful of nuts every day. We are so grateful! His work is literally life changing. Also, during our many visits to the office, the staff was always kind and professional.
This office is incompetent when filling out paperwork! Referrals with incorrect phone numbers, forms with incorrect addresses! It’s like they don’t double check anything even if the paperwork will be used for your care… too bad they don’t care! I let them know their mistakes and the made the same mistakes AGAIN!
Excellent and professional doctor, but HORRIBLE HORRIBLE front desk. ZERO customer service skill.
Would love to give ZERO stars. Do not go here. Every bad review is right. Terrible doctor even more terrible front desk. SEVERELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
