Customer service is terrible. Bummed I got my auto loan through this credit union. Avoid if possible.
Wanted to add a checking account to my savings. Said they absolutely could not do that and would have to open an entirely new savings account. Did not close the old savings account. Some auto-payment online I forgot to change to the new one tried to the old one and I got charged overdraft fees. Stupid.
