Wanted to add a checking account to my savings. Said they absolutely could not do that and would have to open an entirely new savings account. Did not close the old savings account. Some auto-payment online I forgot to change to the new one tried to the old one and I got charged overdraft fees. Stupid.
Predators! What a scam bank! Added $2000 extra full coverage insurance onto my loan without my consent. They coerce and push you into getting full coverage in order to give you a car loan. Full coverage is NOT mandatory in the State of MN! They also were sending me weekly letters telling me that if I didn’t get a notarized letter sent to them with my current address, they were going to charge me $5.00 per returned piece of mail.
