The best experience I have ever had with any credit union or bank by far—exceptional in and at every detail and step. From the initial opening of my account and ongoing business services support from Eric, to the services and policies of Centricity as a whole, becoming a member has been highly conducive to operating my business and enabling to exponential growth. I can say confidently that Centricity is truly a member and community focused credit union which I highly recommend to any business owner or individual.
Horrible bank. Bad systems. Phantom happenings with no explanations. They’ll charge you every chance they get. If you don’t change banks look at your statement carefully. Go to any other credit union.
Customer service is terrible. Bummed I got my auto loan through this credit union. Avoid if possible.
