Living at Centric Gateway was the best decision I have made! Since moving to Charlotte, I have enjoyed Centric Gateway. The management team, Jo & Amaria, are awesome! The leasing team, Endyia & Rahel, are supportive.

Used to live here and i accidentally got a package shipped to my old addresses. Called 4 times on 2 separate days got sent to voicemail with no call back. Sent an email with no response. Then showed up to the leasing office and was completely ignored by whoever was working. Almost the same as when I lived there so good luck new residents
Shout out to the AMAZING staff at Centric Gateway. The office staff: Rahel, Endyia, Amaria are so pleasant to deal with! If you need a place to call home, look no further! Even the service team is great, Warren, Monk and Yudicxi thank you for making my experience so memorable : )
I love the layout of the apartments (especially the standing shower feature) and the amenities at Centric Gateway. I love how the pool is connected to the courtyard, it’s beautiful. Also, I love how the team and how they help with what I need.
