Great apartment community in the heart of downtown Charlotte. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, entertainment, and public transportation. The building has a modern atmosphere, and the surrounding area offers a vibrant urban lifestyle. A solid option for city living.
Horrible leasing office, horrible attitude and customer service, horrible experience. Tons of other, much nice places to lease in Charlotte.
I had such a wonderful experience touring the property with JAIME RENZA. From the moment we met, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She showed me a one-bedroom unit, walked me through the property, and shared her extensive knowledge in a clear and helpful way. Jaime took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care, making the entire visit both informative and enjoyable. She is truly a wonderful representative of your organization. K.B.
I wasn’t going to do this but the people working for these apartments aka the leasing agents who sit on their ass & do tours ALL DAY are a waste. There’s no damn reason why I am a RESIDENT who PAYS HER RENT & I come home after work & there’s absolutely no parking in the parking garage. I shouldn’t have to go to the top floor when I live on the 2nd & there still wasn’t shit! Rahel in the leasing office is amazing. Although I have had some confusion and concerns about the apartment and the complex, the ladies in the leasing office, specifically Rahel and India have been amazingly sweet and helpful!! I give them a 5/5
