I have lived at Centric Gateway for 1 year and it is bare minimum uptown living, when compared to other apartments. The office is great, even thought the Assistant Manager never responds when I email questions now. I am looking forward to moving out in the next months as I have not fully enjoyed my time here. 1) Cleanliness a) Moving In - The complex is old, so keep that in mind. Centric Apartments are fantastic! They’re safe, easily walkable to Uptown’s top spots, and offer an amazing sense of community. The leasing team (India is who I worked with) is outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Best of all, the move-in process was seamless, making settling in a breeze. I couldn’t recommend Centric more!
Love the experience of applying and moving in. The place is modern and quiet and has automatically locking doors as well as sensors to get throughout the building. It’s clean as well. I see an active demographic here and it’s very close to uptown / downtown. Shoutout to Rachel and Endyia for making things smooth!
Overpaying for poor quality units, management was barely available, packages would go missing, parking was a horrible situation... really did not enjoy my time living here.
These apartments are great! The move in process was easy and the service from Rahel and Endyia was nothing short of exemplary. I had a very minor issue upon move in and maintenance had it fixed within hours. The quality and architecture of the apartments themselves is stunning for the price.
