I've lived here for almost a year now, and my experience has been pretty average compared to most. I have no major complaints, except for noise, garage parking, and doors being propped open. Worst place I’ve ever lived in. Leasing agents are super rude especially Nicole. Her attitude when I called for assistance was disgusting. They need to find better people asap! If the apartment is trash , at least have nice people to make up for it.
Toy should be absolutely ashamed of herself!!! She assaulted my minor child and I will be contacting the police to press charges. This leasing agency is a SCAM!!
Second update: 100000% do not move here. Extremely inconsiderate residents from a noise and cleanliness standpoint. One resident let their dog poop in the middle of the hallway and it sat there in the hallway for 3 days until the janitorial staff finally cleaned it up. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention every weekend somebody throws an extremely loud massive party by the pool with heavy bass that shakes your entire unit for an indeterminate number of hours and you just have to deal with it because the leasing office does ... read more
I have yet to receive my administration fee back. It’s literally been over a month. Idk what program they run over there but I did not sign up to just give money away. So before applying be 100% sure you want to move there or 100% you will get approved. Will update this review if I ever get my money back from these people.
