Banking is great but trying to get someone on the phone is horrible. I'm not sure why it takes so long and I actually waited over 50 minutes to get someone on the phone to resolve an issue. I've even tried contacting them by text and still there was no response. It's very frustrating.
Been on hold since 8:06 they opened at 8:00 it’s 12:44 PM!!!!??? Horrible customer service skills! They took the bank down for 5 days and don’t answer the phone!! I’ve walked in and seen the phones off the hook! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!
