This place is the devil’s pit. Staff is overworked and treated like trash, so when someone new is given a client with extremely high needs, they expect you to wave your magic wand and “fix” the kid- without support. So when you don’t meet their unrealistic, unachievable and far-fetched expectations, they won’t hesitate to throw you under the bus. “They” meaning upper management and the BCBAs. The center has been life-changing for my family, my daughter in three months is a completely different child than she was when she started here. I couldn’t be more grateful for Ashley, her tech and Anthony, the director and Sharmena for everything they’ve done and for always being so sweet and helpful to my girl.
