My son was burned at this facility, and no one has provided me with an incident report despite me requesting it multiple times. No one has properly contacted me to explain what really happened, and the stories I’ve been told do not add up. It feels like they are hiding something instead of being honest and accountable. Many of our children are nonverbal and unable to fully explain what happens to them. Parents trust these facilities to keep their children safe, and I do not feel my child was safe here. Centria is terrible the staff is not educated my son went their a month it was awful he is at Bright view now he has learned so much they are nice they work with my child he is talking again and learning new skills I recommend bright view
Centria has helped my family tremendously. Jina, Alaya, Patti, and Micah are wonderful. I have had 2 of my children in ABA here (one has since graduated andis in gen ed). Although nothing is perfect, and I have had my concerns, I am still so thankful these people were placed into my children's lives. The growth I see is unbelievable sometimes.
