This is by far the worst clinic I have ever been to. I’ve been here many times and the only consistency is that you should expect to wait an hour after your appointment time until you’re seen

Extremely rude reception staff. Can this be properly addressed or management just be mindful to this. The lady in the reception is a Karen. Disresfectful and frown at you if she diddnt like you.
