Great location
overall I had a great experience! Easy to rent! Hassle free!
Was really good when I started. I told them up front I did not want their insurance. They agreed to this. Months later, as they changed their name, they started charging me $12 a month insurance per unit without my agreeing to it. When I asked them about it, they said it was their policy and they could not do anything about it. Just know that this hidden fee will be charged to you in addition to the rental they advertise.
Rental units are clean and no visible damage. I have been renting for months now. I had to change my contract in the beginning and they were very understanding and got it fixed while I was on the phone. I look forward to many more months of hassle and worry free renting.
