5 stars for Dr. Melissa Torres - she is beyond caring, patient and supportive. I always look forward to seeing her. 3 stars for scheduling and front desk. It seems each year it becomes more difficult for scheduling. I had to resort to Facebook a few times.
I’ve had a good experience with the doctors themselves - they’re knowledgeable, kind, and make you feel comfortable. However, the scheduling and administrative side of this practice is really frustrating. Appointments are hard to come by because they’re so booked, and after their recent location change, my afternoon appointment was moved to a morning time without much flexibility. I would give it a -10/0 if i could. Made an appointment April 25th for June 27th for them to call me once and to tell me to reschedule. Do not come here if you care about your health
I have been receiving well woman care from Traci Marin for about 8 years. She is one of the most caring and thoughtful midwives I've worked with. 2023 was an intense year with multiple visits for multiple health concerns. After the 6th one, Traci simply called me to say/ask, "I've not had a patient have this many issues in one year. How are you doing?"
