I go to the newly opened office in Herndon. Everyone is extremely compassionate, competent, and considerate. I have had 2 root canals with them and both were easy and pain free! They provided me a full treatment plan that is working and I have had such an improved quality of life knowing they will address my tooth pain issues.
I’ve been going to this dental office for a while now, and my dad has been a patient here for years, he’s always said they’re the best, and I can definitely see why. The team is always thorough with cleanings and takes the time to make sure everything looks good during each appointment, which really makes you feel cared for. Dr. Chong and staff are always friendly. The issues I had with a previous doctor at this office were resolved.
We’ve been seeing Dr. Chong for over 10 years. He does excellent work. The entire staff from the front desk to the assistants are always friendly and professional. I always leave having had a great experience.
After my first treatment, the doctor specifically mentioned that he could prescribe something other than over-the-counter pain relievers such as Advil or Tylenol, and advised me to speak with the front desk if needed. When I did so, the front desk staff dismissed my concern and told me, quite bluntly, to “just take whatever medication you have at home.” No attempt was made to check with the doctor or even acknowledge what had been explained to me by the physician.
