Purchased a soildertank bat back in june. Upon purchase I inquired about warranty and was told that they like most retailers handle the warranty to just bring back the bat and they will handle it. Well like most bats these days it did break, so I brought the bat in and the gentleman at the counter told me that they will not handle the warranty and I now have to go through the manufacturer. Amazing staff!!! Had my truck stolen a few weeks back and it had all my son's baseball gear in the back. We bought a new catchers mitt, reckless bat, batting helmet, batting gloves, infielder mitt. I came up to the till and mentioned that my truck was stolen with all my son's gear in the back and they gave me a 20% discount! Such an amazing business!! Awesome staff who are as friendly as they are knowledgeable. I was only picking up a few things but they made me feel like my purchases mattered and show sincerity in their work. 100% the best place for sporting goods in Barrie.
