I had a very positive experience visiting the CCOC office. The receptionist was very professional, polite, and welcoming. She even came downstairs to open the door for me, which was a very respectful gesture and really stood out. The person I spoke with was also helpful and professional. Great customer service overall.
Office full of biases.... I get my AC fix every year problem with water, new filter, fuel, loud noise.... always something new. This year the maintenance gave me a comment of my hair blocking it unfortunately my house is to clean try and blame it on human hair i'm to high clean maintenance for them and their neighbourhood especially on inside wall built in AC want's to charge me for putting them to work... I always wanted to move to CCOC through the registry but unfortunately I'm with Ottawa Community Housing which which once called City living which was better but unfortunately a gone downhill since they merged with Ottawa Community Housing.
