We booked a last minute stay! Amazing location close to literally everything you will want and need!! Quite noisy especially in the morning due to construction! A little bit outdated and older style, a bit disappointed all we had was a fan in the room, the other rooms fan didn’t work as well as there light! Would not book a room at this hotel if I had more time to plan but it was a great last minute!
This place was fantastic, spacious, clean, modern a well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer 5/5 The only negative is the Receptionist "Penny" is extremely rude and of zero help.
We had a wonderful stay and are so grateful for what this accommodation had to offer - truly nothing to complain about! The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a warm smile. Every aspect of the accommodation was well taken care of, from the cozy bedrooms to the spotless bathrooms, the clean toilet, and the fully equipped kitchen, which was meticulously neat and tidy throughout. Booked through air BnB and literally the worst check in experience of my entire life. The most ridiculously rude staff I’ve ever encountered, when my key to the door didn’t work I was told to sleep on the street because they couldn’t help, checked out and got refunded before I even checked in due to how horrific they made the entire experience. We spent two nights here over new year. The cost per night was over $500 for a two bedroom apartment. There was no air conditioning in either of the bedrooms and the fans were useless making it impossible to sleep. I ended up sleeping on the lounge for both nights. It is unreasonable to expect people to sleep in non air conditioned rooms in this heat and especially when they are paying top dollar for accommodation.
