Pillows smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Made for a disgusting night and poor sleep, felt dirty after sleeping there. Won’t return, rather pay a bit more and sleep somewhere that felt cleaner.
Dead cockroaches in the shower that was constantly leaking leading to a constantly wet floor outside the shower. Mould in the bathroom. Filthy carpet. I cleaned out the air conditioner filter after I got blasted with dust. Curtains too small to block out the security light located right outside the room.
Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay. Every single day I found cockroaches in my room. One day, after coming back from work, I opened the door and discovered dozens of dead and dying cockroaches all over the floor and even on my belongings — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. To make things worse, the manager (or owner) is extremely rude and clearly not fit to manage a hospitality business.
