I went to show up for an appointment only to be yelled at once I entered the door. I stated I had an appointment in 10 minuets to be told the Dr was in the middle of a physical exam. When asked how long I was told I could go wait for 6 hours at the ER instead. Shortly after I was told I was allowed back in but when I addressed how I was spoken to, I was informed I was the one being rude.
