Had a great Easter break, at Centrepoint Apartments, staff were very helpful and friendly, unit was clean and had a recent renovation, wonderful views and Quiet area, but close to all restaurants and beach, will definitely be back, a great place for a visit
- Was promised 12th floor as we were heading up for my wife’s birthday, placed on 9th - very rude management who initially advised that there will be a partial refund but then went back on their word and then said that I was asking too much? - cleaner came into the room while I was in my underwear - wife struggling to sleep as there were some pipe noises Unreliable and blame shift for their mistakes. One person on staff will say one thing and the next will say something different. DO NOT STAY!
Nice views but not worth the money. Management is rude, asked a simple question and got defensive. Plenty of other apartments which are better value for money and who are transparent like ULTIQA and Monaco
Our two bedroom apartment was clean & spacious & had everything we needed. Only problem we had was only one of the lifts was working, so long waits. On the whole, though, good value for money with the water views. Lower floors wouldn't get much of a view due to the fact that the property is not waterfront.
