We have been loyal guests for five years and always appreciated staying here, but our most recent visit left us extremely disappointed. The aircon was not working from the moment we checked in, and despite reporting it immediately, nothing was done. We were told no technician was available over Christmas, leaving us to endure an uncomfortably hot apartment for our entire stay. I'm extremely disappointed, I rang to book at least 4x 3 bedroom apartments, firstly the prices had gone up $800 + but then came the service, I was cut of multiple times which was terrible, I got told I'd be snt an email that I never received and most of us had stayed quite a few times oh well your loss
View and unit is amazing, blood on the sheets and unmade bed under top cover not so much.
