i'm from japan.reception of this hotel is awful.you gonna be crazy When I made a reservation to stay in Brisbane, for some reason I was booked at an affiliated hotel in New South Wales. It's 💲150. Also, when I called to ask if I could get a refund, the man who was in charge of the night reception, who called himself Stewiee?(i ask for his spelling but he didn't reply clearly), had a really stupid attitude. Great experience
Parked just in front on wollies to by my groceries when I came out my car was fined for parking more then 15 min
Great location and spacious suites. Amenities aren't great, a bit dated and scruffy. Suitable for anyone wanting access to the cbd without staying in the cbd.
