Fantastic therapist and very calm environment
I’m currently in my 5th month of pregnancy working full time and I have a 3 year old at home . With a job that requires me to sit for my of my shift , my bad posture and the changes happening in my body through pregnancy I was pleasantly surprised after my first Chiro appt the difference I felt instantly with my increased range of movement . Great experience with Dr Zara. Had a hip muscle injury which hurt a lot and stopped me from my regular exercise routine. Great improvement after my first consult with Dr Zara. Fully recovered after the second consult. Extremely professional. Highly recommended.
