Extremely disappointing service I booked on 20/8/2025 Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. The front desk staff refused to communicate with me when I asked for help regarding my booking, and the management showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Their attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, which left me feeling frustrated and terrified. I also tried to contact the hotel again but was ignored. We didnt stay here but ate in the cafe. There seemed to be one man cooking, cleaning, serving and running the whole place. Food was good although they had run out of many things on the menu. Its a strange place, feels unfinished somehow but excellent location, super friendly and accomodating man running it when we were there.
