Ive had a nasty persistent flu and sinus infection for over a month. I called asking to book a phone consult, stating that im extremely unwell and dont want to infect other patients. The receptionist said it likely wouldn't happen since they prefer in person appointments, but she'd pass a note along to the doctor. Letting me know that if he felt like doing it, he'd call me. Dr. Ugonna is a good family dr. His very helpful. Also thanks for Iris for good customer service.
I have lots of good experience here, all doctors and nurses are very kindly,professional, give me timely support, especially doctor Ugonna who is really responsible and give me kinds of advice and feedback,thank you all for all you did.
Not impressive however clinic staffs are cooperative but all the process are time consuming.need to speed up.
