While my experiences with Greg, the dentist, have always been excellent, the customer service from the reception staff was extremely disappointing. After waiting six months for my appointment, I drove 30 minutes to the clinic and was delayed by roadworks by just five minutes. As a courtesy, I called ahead to let them know I was running slightly late, only to be told my appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled for another three months later.
