Worst experience booking badminton courts, twice in a row and the ONLY two times we've booked a court for Sunday morning and the staff informs us only when we get there that the gym is booked for university events and no one gets notified that their booking is invalid. Ridiculous how the management works and how there's zero consideration or care for those who book and travel all the way to find out the gym cannot be used. This one of the worst gym I’ve been to. The equipment is outdated and most equipment needs to be tightened. Missing free weights plate. Most grip for the pulley are used to a point where there’s barely any grip. This is not a bodybuilding gym but more of a level entry. On a positive note you will find old machine that you wont see at anytime fitness or the world gym, but this is by far the worst bodybuilding gym in Griffintown.
