This one of the worst gym I’ve been to. The equipment is outdated and most equipment needs to be tightened. Missing free weights plate. Most grip for the pulley are used to a point where there’s barely any grip. This is not a bodybuilding gym but more of a level entry. On a positive note you will find old machine that you wont see at anytime fitness or the world gym, but this is by far the worst bodybuilding gym in Griffintown.
