As first time RV owners, we were behind the ball on getting our unit scheduled for winterization. When every one else turned us away, they got us in the same week we called. They even spent 10 minutes on the phone answering every stupid question we had as first time owners about how they service it and what we need to do in the spring when its time to go camping again. 5 all the way!
Extremely helpful and courteous!! They got our hitch adjusted for our new tow vehicle and got us back on the road quickly and at a fair price. Thank you so much for your help!!
Knowledgeable staff, they always have a solution to my issue, and can order parts lightning fast!
