RUSTY PARTS The girls at the front desk were polite and friendly. The estimate and work to be completed seemed reasonable. It was an accident and the other party's insurance was responsible. Once the work was completed, we were not satisfied nor were we told the specifics. He acted as if he did us a favor by replacing the part. The part replaced was worse the part he removed. Good Auto Service When my Subaru Forester would not start, we had it towed to RPM because it was the closest facility. I was very please with their customer care and mechanical expertise. They could find nothing wrong and the sevice charge was very little. I've also had routine oil changes and other services done. Reasonable charges.
My Car is Like New Again When I brought my car to them I was impressed from the moment the adjuster came out to give me an estimate until the time I had my car back again. They did outstanding work at a reasonable price, paid attention to the details, stood behind their work when a few things needed adjusting, and provided some excellent follow-up.
Great Service This company towed my car when it was hit in December! They showed up fast, got it to there lot the towed it to the body shop the next day. all for one flat fee
This is a great auto repair shop. This shop gave me a free estimate for what it would cost to fix my vehicle after I was in an accident. They offer paintless dent repair and except most insurance claims. The professionals at this shop are very helpful. They are honest and dont try to get you to fix things that dont need to be fixed. They are very affordable and they do a great job. You can't even tell that my car has ever been in an accident.
Exceptional staff and service! In May '07 my vehicle was rear-ended. The auto body shop recommended by the insurance company was terrible. They did a poor job of keeping me informed about my car, which prompted me to have to visit their facility 3 times to ensure it was even being worked on. The 7 day repair job took over a month, and the work was far from "professional". In Nov '07 my same vehicle was side swiped. Auto Repair Quite small auto repair facility. It is fairly new and hard to find. Be sure to ask for directions. Auto insurance recommended, but do shop around. May do better. Work is not always completed as promised.
WOW! Thank god I was referred to New Look I was in an accident and New Look was highly recommended by my insurance and local dealership. My car had so much damage and required allot of work. They called me every Wednesday to inform me what stage my car was in. When it was done it looked better than new. I love their office and staff. While I waited I looked thru a book of photos of the shop and read so many letters from previous customers that were just as pleased. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family!
