Customer for Life Having your car damaged isn't fun, especially when you have no idea how it happened. I had some pretty bad scrapes and marks on my bumper & fender from getting hit, so in comes Johnny. Good detailing for minor scratches I had some minor scuffs and scratches on my bumper and fender from rubbing up against a chain. I brought it in fearing that it would cost $$$ to sand and repaint the surfaces. But Johnny took a look at the damage and said he could take off the leftover white paint from the chain and touch up the small parts where the paint was scraped off. Kristen I only had my brand new 2012 Nissan Versa for a month before I was rearended. I brought it to Brighton Collision Center because that was what my insurance company recommended. HB 1 star is too high for this company. NEVER go here. If you decide to, take a picture of your mileage! My car is in worse shape now, not just outside body damage.
Poor performance zBrighton Collision Ctr has lied to me about completion of my vehicle for over a month. I am now not getting any return calls for completion. When I asked about length of time needed, I was given a completion time. Once I agreed to the time needed and my insurance company agreed to the repairs, they began to take their time. It has now been over a month and still no vehicle or completion time. I am now in contact with my insurance company to force them to finish the car.
A class act An absolutely wonderful collision center. After a recent accident, Brighton restored our car to pristine condition by replacing everything with original factory parts down to the stickers on the fan. Their turnaround was very reasonable. All cars are kept in a secured lot. The staff is friendly and courteous and the prices are reasonable. Brighton Collision Center is a class act automobile repair center that definitely stands by its work. Recommended!
great work These guys do great work. I have used them both personally, and professionally and they do a great job. They have knowledgeable staff and work quickly to get your vehicle back to you.
Gerber Collision & Glass is quick I was in a small fender bender and went to Gerber Collision and glass to get a quick estimate. They were able to check out the car pretty quickly and give me an estimate all in the same day!
Gerber Collision & Glass is awesome When I wrecked my car I smashed it up really good. I brought it to this place and they did a wonderful job. They were straight up about where the parts would come from. They were slow but not as slow as I thought they would be. In fact they had it done for the most part when they said they would. They even offered great advice on other things for my car. Saying what I didn't really need to fix. Great company!
