I cannot sing Bernadette's praise enough. I have seen her for a number of years. She truly has helped me manage many different aspects and issues in my life. Through her I have learned how to focus rather than react to situations. I highly recommend Bernadette and her associates. They're a team of professionals and has a tremendous amount of compassion and experience to make CBT effective.
I've recently started having appointments with Angela and I feel I've gotten more out of these few appointments than I have with any other psychologist I've seen. Highly recommended.
