POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! they dont deserve even 1 star
Do not go to this place, the receptionist is anything but accommodating and customer oriented. We drove all the way to this location, only treated by a rude, negative asian lady. As soon as you get into the place she asks you if you passedby their muddy parking lot and says if you cant come in. She was not willing to answer questions and was in a rush to drive us away. She says that we need to look for clinics that will accommodate our insurance without even knowing what our insurance is. Dont waste your time coming here eve... read more
Very fast delivery of a chair and would be an awesome, positive experience but... My sales person "forgot" to mention they don't have that chair in the color I wanted. What a surprise it was at the delivery time! Then he said it was "misunderstanding". I don't think so and to me, it's a sales practice. I don't know if all salespeople are the same there (if they even have more then one to begin with) but would go into every single detail to make sure I am getting exactly what I expect. Not a happy customer here! Beware!
No proper showroom or waiting room not accessible parking, not good for people with disabilities. And they are ripping off Seniors. Gave my mom a quote when she went back to pay for her lift chair they charged her more. Very strong smell when you come in the building.
