I was pretty bummed out after tearing my ACL, but working with Kalid at Centre North Physiotherapy Clinic has completely changed my outlook. He’s so knowledgeable and enthusiastic that I actually leave my appointments excited to strengthen my knee with the exercises he explains so clearly (I seriously think my knee will be stronger after rehab then before it got injured!) . I had a great experience with Kalid. I went to him with limited shoulder mobility, which he then corrected with different movements and stretches within a week. My shoulder mobility now is excellent and without any issues!

I can’t thank Centre North Physio enough — especially Kalid! I came in with terrible TMJ pain that was affecting my jaw, neck, and shoulders. Kalid was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his therapy. He explained everything clearly, used the right techniques, and after a few sessions, my TMJ pain completely went away. My neck and shoulders also feel so much better and more relaxed than before. Highly recommend Kalid for anyone dealing with TMJ or neck issues — he’s amazing!
I've had the pleasure of being one of Carmen's physio patients for the past few months and she's amazing! On my first visit a couple months ago, she did a comprehensive assessment that immediately brought us to the root cause of my pain. She assigned me stretches and strength training exercises that addressed the cause of my pain but also fit in with my lifestyleand training routine.
