The worst service you can get ever. Rude and impolite staff. I wish I've read the reviews before taking an appointment here. If this facility represents Clsc in Gatineau. Rethink your employment standards.
Received a call at 9:44 am today (Friday, March 7, 2025 since google doesn’t actually put the exact date) from a rude woman. My husband passed me the phone. All she said was “you want to make the appointment for the vaccination for your son?” I assumed she was from the GMF which is where he had his 2 month vaccination and I made the 4 month vaccination. She did not say where she was calling from and when I asked if I can change the appointment date said “you already have an appointment with GMF not CLSC, I am from CLSC”. Exc... read more
