Called yesterday to get an appointment, left a message on the answering machine. Was called back within 1 hour and was offered an appointment the next day at noon with the nurse practitioner. Thank you for the quick appointment!
A great clinic The staff and Doctors are very friendly. It is a clean environment and very respectful.
J’ai téléphoné pendant 2 jours sans arrêt et personne n’a répondu (ils ont changé l’heure de mon rdv sans me le dire, j’avais donc 2 heures différentes qui marchaient pas). Lors de ma prise de sang, tout s’est bien passé, par contre quelques tubes n’ont pas suivi le protocole (ne pas les exposer à la lumière) donc je dois les reprendre (j’ai payé pour ce service) honnêtement c’est un manque de professionnalisme. Je ne recommande pas cette clinique!
Rendez-vous TRÈS DECEVANT ce matin pour ma fille de 3 ans. Après plus de 2HEURES D'ATTENTE, nous avons eu droit à une consultation expédiée en à peine cinq minutes. Très peu d’écoute, aucune réelle prise en compte … C’est frustrant, surtout avec un jeune enfant. Un minimum de respect du temps et d’attention serait vraiment apprécié!
