Two weeks ago I told the general doctor I only wanted to see a woman for a gyno appointment and she even wrote it down. I came in today and they gave me a man anyway. Impossible de les rejoindres par téléphone sous prétexte d'un volume important d'appel et ce peu importe la journée et l'heure ce qui est très curieux. Fait attention à leur incompétence car moi j'ai une situation ou mon rendez-vous ne correspond pas avec la date de mon certificat donné par le médecin.
Si Dr.Tho fesait sa job de renouveler ma prescription après trois demandes par fax envoyé de mon pharmacien, j’aurais pas été obligé d’aller au privé et de payer cher pour rien…!
Temps d’attente long. Minimum 40 minutes d’attente à chaque fois. La secrétaire de demande de payer des frais de seulement 5$ que je dois absolument payer comptant et aucun reçu ne m’est remis. (???)
