THEY don't respect the user's time, what a shame waiting more than 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment and nobody called is not ok this. They have to respect the times. And then when we ask again replied you are the next and again 2 hours more... So despicable....

Called yesterday to get an appointment, left a message on the answering machine. Was called back within 1 hour and was offered an appointment the next day at noon with the nurse practitioner. Thank you for the quick appointment!
