My family doctor move here from medical brunswick clinic ,Dr Sarah Mcboyle, I called 2 times and it's impossible to get an appointment with her,I go to school and I'm studying to be a auxiliary nurse, I talk to one guy that told me to called at 9am,I've been on the phone for 30 minutes missing my course right now.
"I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. They mishandled my appointment, and on several occasions, the front desk staff was extremely disrespectful — even calling me an idiot. I would strongly advise against going here, as I found the staff to be both rude and unprofessional
This clinic is a nightmare to deal with. The doctors might be good — if you’re lucky enough to actually see one. Their so-called “online booking system” is completely useless; it never works. You’re forced to call in, only to be met by a third-party call center that’s completely disconnected from the clinic itself. Appointments are routinely booked a month out, no matter the urgency.
