Worst clinic ever. They cancel without notifying you. And then if you cancel, they charge you $40 fee. Money making machine. And on top of that there is a rude receptionist with a very sarcastic nature. Impossible to have a conversation with her. I think the reviews already speak for themselves and we all know who she is.

JGH emergency gave me an appointment here instead of dealing with their wait time. Seems like a good idea at the time. There’s 2 clinics under that same name. So I waited in the wrong clinic before being told I need to go down the hall. Confusing, but not a big deal. The staff seemed nice. My issue is with Dr Guttman. I came in visible pain due to a work related back injury. She didn’t even do a physical before writing a note for ONLY 3 DAYS OFF, and told me to take Tylenol.
