Horrible clinic, management is a joke. Nobody answers the phone. They have appointment-free slots on Wednesdays, and today they simply put a paper on the window saying they aren’t taking any patients this week.
Avoid this doctor at all costs. Bertolo and her husband should seriously have their licence taken away. Absolutely the worst doctors in the world. I witnessed them both yelling at clients, she yelled at me. How are they still in business?! Will absolutely never go there again. I would rather wait 24 hours in an emergency room. They need to retire asap.
