Waited one hour for scheduled E.N.T. appointment, only to be told to go get a PVR test.And I parked downstairs.
Gratitude for the teeth you saved, which I was sure do not keep. So happy, that a friend of mine referred me to you. Both Drs are so calm and full of empathy - it was important to me to feel it, because my pain tolerance is very low. Their attitude helped to me to go through. And what I appreciated also it is the possibility to text to the reception desk, no matter what time. So, no need to call in exactly open hours. That's very helpful. Receptionist is very nice too.
