-5 stars, horrendous. This isnt a care center, its a harm center.
Its almost like part of a job as a receptionist is answering a phone. Ive tried calling multiple times over the past few days during work hours and always go to voicemail saying the office is closed.
What a waste of time that was
Ive seen 5+ therapist at this place, they CONSTANTLY let me fall through the cracks and ping pong me around like no tomorrow. Maybe when i mention i dont like mindfulness dont force it upon your patients?? As a young person (with this place being the closest to me) i am more then upset and frustrated with how they handle things. Theres better places, save your time and dont come here.
