I am currently going there for group therapy, so far I like the therapist(s) running the group, as well as, I like how dynamic the group is. The topics are relevant and thought provoking. It has been a great addition for my mental health.
Unprofessional, can't be wrong, don't listen, one size fits all methods and the patient's fault if it doesn't work! Not helpful.
Maybe their methods work for addictions counseling, but I wouldn't go here for anything else. They were friendly, but presumptuous and condescending. I don't think this was intentional, but their training is clearly aimed at a specific type of person, and if it isn't you, I doubt you'll find any help here.
