Centre Home Care and Hopsice is a mixed bag. The CNA and therapists that provided therapy for my wife were generally terrific. I have no complaints. But the hospice care was awful. The primary nurse we dealt with was kind, but in my view, incompetent. We were given a packet of end of life drugs (the 'comfort pack") and no explanation in any detail of what they were for, when we should use them and in what dosage.
