No product guarantee or after sales care/service. Bought a new one as I decided it would be less hassle than having the old one repaired (again). I was recommended to go to centre heating I found Justin the manager not only friendly but I texted him my problem and he rang me within 10 minutes solving the problem. He was knowledgeable and very compassionate, I would recommend them all day long 🥰🙏👍

Justin recently helped us with all the furniture, fittings and sanitary ware for a refurbishment of our bathroom and downstairs WC. We couldn’t be any more impressed with the service he gave, and we were blown away by his knowledge of available products and experience of what would and wouldn’t work in the rooms. If we ever need anything like this again in the future, we’d go back here straight away.
My plumber recommended here and whilst I've only ordered the item and await delivery, found the guys in the shop to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
