Amazing service Dr Iqbal is great and all he wanted to do was help me and solve my problem and pain. other doctors at other medical centres didn't want to assist as work cover and gave me no time. all Dr Iqbal was worried about was me and fixing me thankyou
One star feels generous. I’ve been delayed over three weeks for urgent neck scans for a tumor—delays entirely due to the doctor's failure to properly add the required specialists to my referral, causing mental stress as well as a potentially fatal outcome. Due to no specialist being added to the referral I couldn't claim Medicare rebates leaving me seriously out of pocket. On top of that, I was prescribed antibiotics I’m known to be resistant to, which led to further complications. When I called to raise these serious issues... read more
