Reception staff are beyond incompetent- booking appointments when doctors or nurses are not there and then making a Medicare claim even though no service was provided. Will be reporting to Medicare as this is the SECOND time they’ve done this.
Saw Dr Abdool. Wait time was under 5mins. Excellent service. 10/10 would reccomend
