very helpful travel agent--willing to go the extra mile I worked with them when trying to get my boss's trip scheduled. They were very accomodating and willing to do all kinds of things like hold a reservation while the boss-man made up his mind. Really great to work with and totally dedicated and knowledgeable staff.
