Over the last 60 years i have had the need to have dental work done on numerous occasions. It has always been traumatic for me because in the past I have never been able to proceed with dental work without nitrous oxide. Without it no amount of injections would ever eliminate the severe pain. When I attended Dr Putra he discovered that the cause of this was an abnormal jawline. Reception staff appear to think they are doing clients a favour, ghosted me after I had to cancel appointments in the winter due to illness. Found it too hard to find appointment times that worked for me. Failed to call me back when I tried to rebook. I was actually told "We stopped calling you because you cancelled an appointment." Clearly they don't need the money and don't give a hoot about patient care, disconnected, thoughtless and snooty reception staff have ruined a more than decade long relationship. I’ve the privilege of working closely with the team at Centre for Prosthodontist on their aesthetic cases, and I can confidently say they are an outstanding surgery.
