I have been attending the Centre For Prosthodontics for the last decade. Dentistry that I've had done ranged from dental cleaning, repairs to full implants due to my past lack of oral hygiene. One is always impressed with the service received each time I've attended, from the reception staff to the Dentist, and all those between. Thank you Janice and all your crew.
I've been a patient here for many years, but recently the experience has become quite frustrating over the past 2 months. It seems like the clinic has been experiencing ongoing phone or IT system issues every single time i have had an appointment or tried to make one. On multiple occasions I've tried calling to make or confirm appointments, and when I've attended reception, the staff have appeared understandably stressed and mentioned they were having problems with their IT systems.
