I cannot speak highly enough about the kind and caring nature of the bank. We left our "big banks" after 30+ years because we missed that personalized touch. Hoffman Estates Community Bank is everything we wanted and more. Nancy Carroll was the absolute sweetest and most patient personal banker we have ever met. She is an absolute delight to work with and everyone at the bank is very welcoming to us. We are thrilled to have moved all our funds, we are just sorry we didn't do it sooner!
There are many Wintrust bank locations and this is the location that Nancy C. works at. We have followed her to 3 different locations and while her current location at Hoffman Estates is the furthest, we are more than happy to make the drive for her. Customer service, with warmth, professionalism and discretion is something A.I. nor online banking can offer. She is a huge asset to Wintrust and a big reason why we bank with Wintrust.
