Between Mino Patel and the blonde receptionist, there is 0 customer service. They will sometimes refuse to make appointments to answer your questions, or will force you to make appointments to only give you the quote or simply give you the phone number of a psychiatrist, he promised he would provide the quote multiple times, he even said he would email it, we never received it. Minoo fixed my badly broken tibia (motorcycle accident) after the titanium plate installed in Darwin broke. The Ilizarov frame technique he used allowed the misplaced bone fragments to be realigned and adjusted daily. He also shortened my ulna which was incongruous with my shortened forearm due to compaction in the accident. I can now walk and am grateful to be able to live a full life again.
