Very helpful & sorted out my issue quickly. I needed new 'feet' for my crutches & the lady kindly went to see the man who would be changing the rubber feet for me. Sadly the feet he brought out were too big but no issue, he just took my crutches in the back for a minute & I sat in a chair until I was reunited with my beloved crutches. Polite, helpful & friendly & enabled me to be safer while using my crutches. Thank you & stay safe!
